• Transactions will be paused until payment is received, after which we will proceed with the transaction.

3. Ordering and Delivery

• LYNA operates in Mauritius only.
• Delivery options include postage (Rs 75) and home delivery (Rs 225).
• Free home delivery is offered for residents of Port Louis.
• Two pick-up points are available at Tabagie Saoud and Tabagie Venus.
• Detailed delivery information is available on our website.
• Pre-ordered products may take a maximum of 3 weeks for delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds

• LYNA does not generally accept return products.
• In rare cases, customers should contact us directly via WhatsApp (Tel: 58655000).

• Customer data is solely used for delivery purposes.
