2. Products and Services
- LYNA offers a range of beauty, haircare, makeup, body care, and fragrance products.
- Products are available on a pre-ordered basis, except those specified as ‘IN-STOCK.’
- Payments are accepted in Mauritian Rupees (Rs) through Juice by MCB.
- Transactions will be paused until payment is received, after which we will proceed with the transaction.
3. Ordering and Delivery
- LYNA operates in Mauritius only.
- Delivery options include postage (Rs 75) and home delivery (Rs 225).
- Free home delivery is offered for residents of Port Louis.
- Two pick-up points are available at Tabagie Saoud and Tabagie Venus.
- Detailed delivery information is available on our website.
- Pre-ordered products may take a maximum of 3 weeks for delivery.
4. Returns and Refunds
- LYNA does not generally accept return products.
- In rare cases, customers should contact us directly via WhatsApp (Tel: 58655000).
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- LYNA does not share personal data with third parties.
- Customer data is solely used for delivery purposes.
6. User Accounts
- The website operates on a guest user basis only.
7. Use of Content
- Users are permitted to use content from the LYNA website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

- All content, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, on the LYNA website is the exclusive property of LYNA and is protected by intellectual property laws of Mauritius.
- Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

- LYNA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, LYNA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content on the website.
- Pre-ordered products may take up to a maximum of 3 weeks for delivery. LYNA is not liable for any delays beyond this timeframe.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mauritius.
- Any disputes arising from the use of the LYNA website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mauritius.
